I created Legacy Agents because I’ve always been that person and agent who is always looking for what’s next.  I want to offer other agents an intimate and dynamic space for them to share their challenges, learn from experienced mentors, and celebrate each other’s triumphs.

I believe in a hands on approach to anything. In Legacy Agents, we provide hands-on, practical guidance on navigating the complex world of entrepreneurship and real estate investment. Whether you have been in the industry since you stepped out the womb, or you’re just starting, our mastermind and workshops are tailored to meet you at your unique stage, providing you with the tools and strategies to reach new levels of success. Paired with years of experience, a tight network and knowing how to have FUN – I’m so proud of the community that we are creating for you.

I believe that the least interesting thing about YOU is that you’re a real estate agent. Nobody dreams of their headstone reading “Best Realtor Ever” and that’s why I created Legacy Agents to help successful independent agents and team leads connect and expand personally and professionally with like minded women in the industry.

I started in real estate in 2017, but arguably I’ve been in real estate my whole life. I modeled my business off of my late grandmother, Ruth Theil, who was a residential REALTOR and broker in the Northern Suburbs of Illinois. My Grandma was the pillar of her community and throughout my childhood I spent a lot of time learning about how to be a real estate agent from her.

Just like my Grandma, I launched my business with open houses and did over 100 open houses in my first year of real estate. I continued to host open houses while I used my skills from my previous sales and marketing career to nurture my sphere of influence. By my second year in real estate, I was in the top 1% in my county of over 70,000 licensees. 

In 2022, I was ready to take it to the next level and I launched a team. I thought a team would provide me the connection, support and camaraderie I was craving as an independent agent. However, I quickly learned that  I didn’t love training new agents, there was very little return on my time and money investment and it slowed me down. After 6 months I burned it to the ground. It was humbling, but it also opened my eyes that there was a need for support for successful and seasoned agents where the team environment isn’t the right fit. 

Also in 2022, I invested over $40,000 to participate in personal and professional development seminars, conferences and a year long mastermind program. I had never heard of a mastermind, but the experience of connecting with other business owners who were creating massive impact planted a seed for what is now Legacy Agents.

Our signature year long mastermind program is designed to give you support on the tactical and strategic parts of building a sustainable real estate business while also nurturing your personal wellness, mindset and spirituality. We blend the wisdom and the woo to unlock your highest potential and design your legacy worthy life. 

Although Legacy Agents has been my passion project, it’s not about me. It’s about the sacred circle of women who have created deep connection and unwavering support for one another. Everything you need is inside this community and we can’t wait to meet you!
